Family Estate lot

Fifteen (15) Lot Family Estate

A unit consists of fifteen (15) individual grave lots. Each lot measures 1.0 meter in width by 2.50/2.44 meters in length.

  • For lots without structures, a maximum of twenty two (22) corpses, bones or ashes may be interred below ground.
  • For lots with a mausoleum (open-type structure only), the number of adult vaults shall be limited to two (2) aboveground and twenty (20) belowground.
  • When there is a walled structure, twenty-two (22) vaults either for ashes or bones may be installed. Total interments or inurnments must still be twenty-two (22).
  • A Memorial structure on a single unit shall not exceed 4.0 meters in height.
Twenty-Four (24) Lot Family Estate

Consists of twenty-four (24) individual grave lots. Each lot measures 1.0 meter in width by 2.50/2.44 meters in length.

  • For lots without structures, a maximum of thirty six (36) corpses, bones or ashes may be interred below ground.
  • For lots with a mausoleum (open-type structure only), the number of adult vaults shall be limited to six (6) aboveground and thirty (30) belowground.
  • When there is a mausoleum (close-type structure), the number of adult vaults shall be limited to twelve (12) aboveground and twenty-four (24) belowground.
  • When there is a walled structure, thirty-six (36) vaults either for ashes or bones may be installed. Total interments or inurnments must still be thirty-six (36).
  • A memorial structure in a single unit shall not exceed 4.0 meters in height.
  • The construction of a comfort room in the mausoleum is allowed.
